ABOUT

Get to know me

I'm Lynda Quintero-Davids, a passionate interior stylist + organizer by nature  with a strong love for interiors, organizing, and space planning -- plus I also enjoy getting my hands dirty painting (rooms + furniture), gardening, cooking, and taking wellness walks in nature.

I am a hands-on person who studied Interior Design for four years at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. I have evolved my organizing skills and design eye for style, understanding different lifestyles (Traditional, Modern, Trendy) through my experience as a visual merchandiser, design blogger, and interior stylist. These experiences have resulted in a personal aesthetic that is collected and stylish, yet I maintain a realistic affordability.

Over the past 20+ years, my style has evolved and transformed, adapting to the places I have lived - from metropolitan glam living in the tropics of Miami, to a more rustic, boho vibe living in Phoenix, to even reviving my design eye to a collected style, incorporating travel treasures with historic and period architecture + interiors here in North Carolina.

My design sensibility is a fresh take on transitional style– merging masculine + feminine details, mid-century modern silhouettes and timeless black & white, paired with a touch of global glamour, for a personalized high and low mix.

Through my design approach, many I have also tested in the design lab of my own home, I have been able to create comfortable, affordable, and organized spaces reflective of my clients’ lifestyle. I truly believe the most sensible interiors are also the most personal, telling stories from travels, furnishings, and objects collected over time, vs. one-stop shopping all from one location.

Sometimes, that shopping may include shopping your own home, reusing what you have in a new way, shifting items into a different setting, or even giving some items a rest (in storage), to come out at another season and feel fresh & new again... and if it doesn't, then it's time to let it go.
